GISA

Pasportization systems

Students Teachers Employees

The GISA application is used for the passportization of AMU properties. The system records graphical and descriptive data. Graphical data are imported from as-built drawings and divided into areas, buildings, floors, and specific objects (rooms, doors, windows, etc.). Descriptive data are supplemented by the building manager.

Main Application Usage Directions

  • Documentation for the management and maintenance of properties and their technical equipment.
  • Documentation for property renovations and repairs.
  • Recording deadlines - inspections, painting.
  • Recording the properties of individual objects - type of flooring, number of lights and sockets, Wi-Fi coverage, etc.
  • Making selected data available in other applications (orientation plans of classrooms in the study system).
  • Linking to other systems (selected users are provided with a list of registered assets in iFIS).

Object Labeling and Recording Areas

Numbered objects are - Rooms, Corridors, Courtyards, Terraces, Staircases.

Each of these objects has a unique number within AMU given by the structure.

Example: Room number 010201024 (usually marked as 1024)

Area Building Floor Object
Malostranské n. Hartig Palace 1st floor Room 024
01 02 01 024

Each object has descriptive properties such as room height, painting date, type of flooring, number of lights, etc. For clarity and the ability to filter items, most properties are recorded using catalogs. Properties and catalog items can be freely expanded. These properties can then be edited and rooms can be searched, filtered, grouped, and calculated based on them (e.g., cleaning costs, etc.). Rooms with certain properties (e.g., Wi-Fi coverage) can be graphically represented on a schematic plan.

User Permissions and Roles

Access rights are set in the application as needed at the area level with the possibility of reading or editing descriptive data.
