Students Teachers Employees

Microsoft Exchange and Outlook are key components of the Microsoft 365 service, providing solutions for managing emails, calendars, and contacts. Outlook is the application you use to send and receive emails. In addition to emails, it also allows you to manage your calendar, contacts, and tasks. Exchange is the server that manages your emails, calendars, and contacts. It acts like a post office, ensuring that all your emails are delivered correctly and on time. It also synchronizes data between different devices, so you always have up-to-date information, whether you are using a computer, tablet, or mobile phone.
